This is the response I received from them. They don't require verification from their suppliers and they sell in China. Based on that information, I can't consider them to be Cruelty free. They go on my "Not Cruelty-Free list". The brand is currently pending on Logical Harmony and I'll update when she adds them to one of her lists.
