"1) No.  Superchic Lacquer finished products are never tested on animals.

2) No.  Superchic Lacquers are never tested on animals within any stage of production.

3) No.  Superchic Lacquer does not hire or arrange for any third party animal testing to be performed.

4) No.  All Superchic Lacquer ingredients have been verified to have not undergone any animal testing engaged by it's direct suppliers, distributors or manufacturers.

5) Superchic Lacquer is the sister company/division of Wonder Beauty Products.   Superchic Lacquer offers the finished brand production of it's nail polish line whereas Wonder Beauty Products offers material supplies for the production of other indie brands.   Both divisions share the same policies, procedures and operations,  including but not limited to the exclusion of animal testing.

6) No.  Superchic Lacquer nor Wonder Beauty Products is not engaged in selling any products ie, make-up, cosmetics or nail polishes for resale in any other country, hence animal testing of products is not applicable.

7) Yes.  All Superchic Lacquer and Wonder Beauty products are 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free."

The company answered all of my questions thoroughly and I'm confident to say that they're cruelty-free and 100% vegan. I'm very happy when companies can provide clear answers to their customers.
