"Emité Make Up is only manufactured in Europe and in Europe is animal testing forbidden in cosmetics for many years. So none of our products is tested on animals in any stage of manufacturing or finishing process.
When it comes to animal testing in ingredients for example ingredient Mica, it was in the past tested on animals by the raw material manufacturers. For all cosmetic brands this type of ingredient is the same as the last 50years of manufacturing. So this ingredient and similar is tested on animals in the past, but that is the same for all brands around the world and it can´t be undone. However when the regulations regarding this came to Europe many years ago they stopped this testing's. And all our ingredients is made in EU so, we can claim "free from animal testing".
We have a mother company, but only with Emité as a cosmetic brand. (They have beauty school etc also).
We only sell in EU and NA.
Emité brand has only vegetable ingredients. No animal fat, ingredients etc."
Based on this response I believe Emité Make Up to be cruelty free and 100% vegan.
